Secure verification codes. Protection from fraud.

Send SMS verification codes with OTP360. Protect your balance from SMS Pumping fraud and track every code from sending to verification.

  1. Send
  2. Verify
  3. Reports

A new service, backed by proven experience.

OTP360 runs on HTD infrastructure that already serves leading companies.

  • 16 years of experience in SMS solutions

  • Over 1 million messages sent locally every day through our platform

  • Direct connections to all local mobile network operators

What do verification codes really cost you?

Fake requests. Real costs.

Fraudsters trigger thousands of verification requests to high-cost destinations, leaving you to pay for messages your customers never requested.

Code sent. Status unknown.

A customer calls: “My code never arrived.” Your team has no message status information to confirm whether it reached their phone.

Users leave before they start

A delayed code expires, or the system rejects the Arabic numerals a user enters. They leave your app before they even get started.

What do you gain with OTP360?

Keep costs under control

A message is only charged after the send request passes all validation checks.

  • Set hourly request limits per app, phone number and user IP address. †
  • Set a maximum number of requests per second to limit surges in automated attacks. †
  • Choose which networks you can send to by allowing specific phone number prefixes. †
  • Pay for the actual number of SMS segments, using prepaid credit or a postpaid account.

Security built in

Protect verification codes, API keys and connections, and prevent repeated guessing attempts.

  • Codes are stored only as cryptographic hashes (HMAC-SHA256), never as readable text.
  • Your API key is shown once and stored encrypted. A new key replaces the previous one.
  • HTTPS is required, with an IP address allowlist for each app.
  • We encrypt each request’s reference code using AES, so it cannot be guessed or used by another app.

From request to verification in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Send

Your app requests a verification code for the user’s phone. We generate it and send it by SMS using your approved sender name.

  2. 2

    Verify

The user enters the code, and your app asks us to verify it. We return the result immediately and prevent repeated guessing attempts.

  3. 3

    Track

Check any code’s status whenever you need to: sent, delivered, verified or expired. See exactly which stage it has reached.

Everything you need to manage verification codes

  • Multiple apps. One account. Manage your apps from one account, with a separate API key, sender name, templates and rules for each app.
  • Settings that fit your app Set code length from 4 to 10 characters, validity from 1 to 60 minutes, and verification attempts from 1 to 5.
  • Two templates per app Use one template for login and another for password recovery. Choose where the verification code appears in each message.
  • Secure, easy-to-read codes Cryptographically random numeric or alphanumeric codes, with lookalike characters such as 0 and O excluded to make them easier to read.
  • Approved sender name Verification messages always carry your verified brand name, using the sender name approved for your app.
  • No duplicate messages Each request generates just one verification code for the user, without sending it more than once for the same request.
  • Validity starts when sent A verification code’s validity period starts when it is actually sent. The countdown begins at that moment.
  • Arabic-Indic digit support Accept Arabic-Indic digits as users enter them, with local mobile number formats automatically corrected.

Built for your industry

Example use case

Banking, fintech and wallets

For logins and transfers, the code must verify its owner’s identity. Bind it to the user’s IP address to prevent forwarded or phished codes from being used †, and lock it after a few attempts.
